Naomi Campos, LMHC

Times are tough and sometimes you need extra stability and support in life. I believe everyone deserves a safe and healthy environment. Feeling unsafe can cause consistent distress and make it difficult to become fully empowered and achieve all that you may want in life. This lack of safety could stem from ongoing or past traumas and intrusive feelings that affect your ability to feel stable, or from being physically/emotionally unsafe in the environment you’re in due to domestic violence, homelessness, or any other circumstances. With this in mind, I do my best to create a safe therapeutic space to explore the different challenges in life that might be reducing your safety and in turn, limiting your potential.

I use an integrative approach to counseling, pairing different interventions and/or theories to fit the individual needs of each client. I believe each person is the expert of their own life and experiences and my role is to serve as a guide that walks through your personalized journey with you, highlighting your strengths and achievements along the way. I believe together we can empower you to become the you that you want to be.

I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University, a nationally accredited institution. I am formally trained in EMDR and I have also completed the training to become a Certified Autism Informed Professional. I have experience treating clients who struggle with ADHD, Autism, domestic violence, homelessness, sexual abuse, and other forms of trauma.
