My approach to therapy is based on a narrative, collaborative and systemic framework incorporating aspects of cognitive-behavioral; trauma focused cognitive-behavioral, experiential and emotionally focused therapy. I see people being influenced not only individually by their experiences but within relationships, communities and the larger society. I believe that understanding these relationships and societal impacts are helpful in increasing awareness and influencing change. I view people separate from their "problems"; my hope is to collaboratively work together to gain a new perspective and reduce the influence a problem has on your life. I hope to help lead you back to the path that reflects who you are and what you are capable of.
