A word from Jeremy:
"I believe that every person has a story they are in the midst of living. My first goal is to hear what you have to say about your story, what is bothering you about where you are and where you want to go from there. I use various tools from multiple modalities to create a sense of clarity around what you want to be able to do and talk about how to move forward. I emphasize the power of feelings and encourage clients to get familiar with how they experience them. I also will work to help clients let go of beliefs and strategies that no longer serve them. Every person is unique and comes with their own story, and I believe that my support needs to be similarly flexible. I work with clients using conceptualizations from dialectical behavioral, person centered, solution-focused, attachment and narrative therapies. Together, we will work to understand the place you came from, the place you are now, and look together at how to make a plan for moving forward.
I have experience working with LGBTQIA+ communities and with teens and adults. I work with individuals and couples.
It can be hard and uncertain to ask for help. I hope that we are able to work together to help you live a life that fits you best."
